Returns and Exchanges

At Leisurefit Junction, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

 

Eligibility for Returns

Original Packaging: All items must be returned in their original packaging.

Return Window: Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will require proof of the damage, such as photos or videos, to process your return or exchange.

 

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at returns@leisurefitjunction.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return, including the reason for the return and, if applicable, proof of damage.

Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions.

Return the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Write the RA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.

Refunds and Processing

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same steps as initiating a return. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange based on availability.
